SirensVoid Terms of Use

1. Using SirensVoid

You must use SirensVoid lawfully and follow platform rules, moderation rules, age-gate rules, and safety requirements.

You are responsible for your account, profile, uploads, messages, groups, subscriptions, and activity done through your access.

2. User content

You keep ownership of your content, but you give SirensVoid permission to host, process, display, moderate, preserve, and distribute it as needed to run the service and keep people safe.

You confirm you have the rights needed to upload, share, or sell any content you make available through the platform.

3. Moderation and enforcement

SirensVoid may review, hide, remove, restrict, preserve, or report content or accounts for safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, moderation, trust and safety review, or legal compliance.

SirensVoid may suspend or permanently ban accounts at its discretion, especially where content or conduct is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, exploitative, or otherwise violates platform rules.

Private messages, groups, vault media, and expiring content are not exempt from trust and safety review where necessary.

4. Age-gated content

You must be 18 or over to access any adult or age-gated area. Illegal sexual content, exploitative content, non-consensual content, or anything involving minors is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, vaults, and refunds

SirensVoid operates as a non-custodial, peer-to-peer technology platform. We do not process, hold, receive, or store funds or cryptocurrency on behalf of users.

All payments and transfers occur directly between buyers and creators using their own wallets. SirensVoid is not a payment processor, escrow service, broker, exchange, or financial intermediary.

Users are solely responsible for their wallets, transactions, purchased assets, and any content made available through vaults.

SirensVoid does not itself issue refunds for peer-to-peer vault transactions. Refund requests relating to vault purchases must be addressed to the seller, subject to any rights required by applicable law.

SirensVoid may assist with support or dispute review, but does not guarantee, enforce, or complete refunds between users.

If an account is restricted, suspended, or banned for illegal content, fraud, abuse, or other serious violations, any payments made are non-refundable by SirensVoid except where required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SirensVoid shall not be liable for failed payments, wallet errors, incorrect transfers, transaction disputes, unavailable content, or losses arising from peer-to-peer purchases made through the platform.
