Cancellation Position
SirensVoid is a non-custodial peer-to-peer platform. One-time peer-to-peer purchases are not recurring platform subscriptions and generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been sent.
Where a recurring platform service is offered directly by SirensVoid in future, cancellation will stop future rebilling only and will not usually reverse charges already processed, except where required by law.
How cancellation works
- Peer-to-peer vault purchases are direct user-to-user transactions, not recurring platform billing plans.
- One-time purchases, boosts, tips, and similar direct payments are not cancellable as recurring plans.
- If SirensVoid later offers a recurring platform subscription, cancellation would only affect future renewal periods.
