Refund Position
SirensVoid operates as a non-custodial, peer-to-peer platform. We do not hold customer funds and we do not directly process peer-to-peer vault payments.
SirensVoid does not itself issue refunds for peer-to-peer vault transactions. Refund requests relating to vault purchases must be addressed to the seller, subject to any rights required by applicable law.
SirensVoid may assist with support, communication, or dispute review, but does not guarantee, enforce, or complete refunds between users.
Platform position
- Payments are made directly between buyer and seller wallets.
- SirensVoid is not a payment processor, escrow service, broker, or financial intermediary.
- Buyers are responsible for checking the seller, wallet details, and purchase information before sending payment.
Bans and illegal content
Accounts involved in illegal content, fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or serious platform violations may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned. Accounts banned for serious violations are not entitled to refunds from SirensVoid except where required by law.
